30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your GALAGOA purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

How to return: Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions: Sale items, limited-edition drops, and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
